COMMERCIAL BLOCK SEALER

COMMERCIAL EXTERIOR BLOCK WALL SEALER

Is your commercial building looking bad on the outside? Is the paint peeling, and are there cracks in the mortar? Is water gaining entrance into your building where it shouldn’t? If so, Durable Roofing can help.

With our thorough and unique process, we clean the building with dry ice, seal in all cracks, then we prime with our latex block filler. We have two coats of Loxon water proofing to ensure the block is sealed. Our product Rep works closely with us providing additional insight to complicated wall situations.

Once this process is finished you canensure that your customers or clients will have a dry environment with a brand-new face and brand-new looking building. Please contact us with any questions.
